Terms & Ordering Payment Option
Giftopolis accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover. All Payment transactions are secured by using an SSL encryption technology. If you have questions or need to speak to a Giftopolis representative contact through: info@giftopolis.biz

Shipping
Products ship directly from the Giftopolis warehouse and our manufacturers.
We use several shipping methods and will automatically calculate shipping and handling charges based on the carrier's rates.
$2 handling fee plus .20 for each additional item added to the cart.
UPS World Wide Expedited is the only international shipping option, all other are US domestic. We are not able to deliver to to any APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes.
Orders are processed on the same day received unless they arrive after 12.00pm PTS. Then they will be processed the next business day.
Please note that we reserve the right to ship the goods using a different carrier but offering the same level of service.

Sales Tax
Giftopolis state of origin is Salt Lake City so we must charge sales tax for all products shipped to Utah.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return usused, resalable products for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the orginal date of delivery. All refunds and exchanges are subject to final approval from our Customer Service Department. Contact info@giftopolis.biz
Please include the following information:(order number, Product Name, Reason for Return) We will contact you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instruction on returns and exchanges.
All products must be in their original condition with all tags, materials, manuals, etc. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
There is a 20% restocking fee on items we carry in our warehouse. Due to the nature of specific products, some sales are final.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of an error on our part.
Exchanges
We will do everthing to accommodate your request for an exchange.
Exchanges will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

The customer will pay all shipping costs incurred. 1. To return the item. 2. For our warehouse to ship out the alternate product. If in the unlikelihood that you need to exchange a product and we do not have it in stock, you will be offered a full refund or store credit.
Cancellation
If in the event you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order. When you receive the shipment, contact the Customer Service Department through: info@giftopolis.biz and follow the above procedures for returns.
We will only refund shipping cost if the return is the the result of an error on our part.
Availability of our Products
Products on our site may orginate from various manufacturers and locations. We do our best to keep our inventory accurate. However, dute to popular demand, we sometimes run out of a product befor we can remove it from our site. In the event that you purchase such an item, you will be contacted immediately and we will offer you a full refund, store credit, or available date for delivery on back ordered items.

Shipping method from manufacturers is usually ground. If product is perishable then shipping is sent 2 business days or overnight.
Note: All product purchases and shipping costs count towards Giftopolis Cyber Bucks (monthly giveaways).
Rush Delivery
For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm MST Monday through Thursday, you'll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.) Please note that the charge for rush delivery is in addition to regular Delivery Charges, listed above. This rush service is not available for some oversized items or for items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Back Orders
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
